Return Policy

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

Once your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned product, in accordance with our return policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may vary depending on the shipping carrier you choose.

When returning an item, the product must be returned with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and other intimate products that have been worn, used, or removed from their hygienic packaging may not be eligible for return.
